3/6/19. I have #Charter #Spectrum for TV cable service. Went to chk something & there are channels in my Silver & Gold packages NOW EXTRA. Ones that effect me are CINEMAX & EPIX. 🛑On Demand offers to re-add them for $15. Called C/S - got them FREE for 1 yr, then less. SO CALL.

Florida Public Service Commission—help, you need to censure Spectrum Mobile for holding billing accounts against fraud victims and not resolving issues of known fraud after months. @Ask_Spectrum @FDACS

@Ask_Spectrum Trying to get the new modem online. We are in Austin, and getting Waco service. Now it's been over an hour goofing with customer service on the phone. T-Mobile at our house on the coast. I made a phone call, they mailed the modem, I plugged it in, and I was good. Sigh!!
